My AC unit wasn't working and I didn't know who to call. My Nest thermostat automatically set me up with Casita Heating & Air, and making the appointment was so easy. I chose 8am-12pm thinking that they would probably come around 11am12pm, but Ricardo showed up at 8am on the dot, which I really appreciate! He was very respectful, helpful, and nice. He diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed so quickly. I had so many questions about the AC unit, and Ricardo was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even gave me some tips on how to keep the unit clean, and left some cleaning solution for me. And he went above and beyond, and showed me how to switch our air filter. If you are in the Inland Empire and you need help with your AC, doorbell installation, or electrical, you DEFINETELY need to call on Ricardo! Excellent service, great work, and fair prices!

My heater went out and I called these guys up. I received a prompt response and they were out to trouble shoot the next day. I have a very old unit, but they were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it the same day. The service was very professional and I'll be using them again. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with his service. I messaged him about the problem we were having with our heater on a Friday evening and he came the very next day at 9am.
